It Support System Engineer

La risorsa, inserita nel team IT Operation, collaborerà alla gestione dei servizi IT e dell’infrastruttura tecnologica aziendale. Nel dettaglio si occuperà di:

  • Supporto di 1 e 2 livello relativo alle problematiche interne aziendali che coinvolgono i colleghi
  • Attività di back up giornaliero
  • Supporto nell’implementazione di modifiche e manutenzione dell’infrastruttura IT
  • Supporto alle attività inerenti alla sicurezza dei sistemi informativi
  • Gestione di processi di configurazione
  • Attività di Routing
  • Attività di reportistica

What are we looking for?

  • Diploma tecnico in informatica o percorsi similari
  • Ottima conoscenza del SO Windows, iOS
  • Conoscenze del pacchetto Microsoft Office
  • Conoscenza di SQL e strumenti utili al monitoraggio
  • Conoscenze in ambito Networking (TCP / IP)
  • Gradita conoscenza del sistema IBM RTC

  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team e ottima capacità di analisi e problem solving
  • Proattività, energia e forte orientamento ai risultati
  • Capacità di adattamento
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
