IT Support System Engineer:
La risorsa, inserita in un team sistemistico, si occuperà di:
Monitorare lo stato delle richieste assegnate o degli allarmi ricevuti verificando il rispetto dei tempi di soluzione o lavorazione previsti. Fornire supporto sistemistico infrastrutturale. Assicurare la corretta apertura e chiusura degli applicativi, segnalando, gestendo e risolvendo tempestivamente eventuali disservizi e coordinando le strutture di supporto (interne/esterne). Collaborare con i sistemisti Linux, Windows e la parte applicativa al fine di recepire tutte le procedure. Gestione utenze. Your profile:
Diploma tecnico in informatica/ laurea in informatica o similare. Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni. Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi Linux (RHEL, Centos), inclusi installazione, configurazione, gestione, monitoraggio e scripting bash. Buona conoscenza dei sistemi Windows Server, inclusi installazione, configurazione e gestione. Conoscenze di base di Active Directory. Competenza nella gestione dei database, inclusi MySQL e MongoDB. Conoscenze avanzate di networking e infrastrutture di rete TCP/IP. Conoscenze di base delle pratiche di cybersecurity. Buona conoscenza dei web server (Apache) e degli application server (Jboss), inclusi installazione, configurazione, tuning e troubleshooting. Conoscenza del Networking e della gestione di apparati di rete. Conoscenza dei principi di configurazione e utilizzo dei Firewall, in particolare dei prodotti Fortinet. Conoscenza dei principi di utilizzo della tecnologia Docker e containerizzazione. Conoscenza uso e configurazione di Kubernetes. Key attitudes:
