APP , one of the world's largest integrated paper groups, with over 100,000 employees delivering products to more than 150 countries, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive Speciality Paper sales in Europe , focusing on Italy and covering France and Germany . This is a unique opportunity to grow the market, manage key customer relationships, and represent a global leader committed to sustainability, operational excellence, and innovation . Product Portfolio - Specialty Papers Coated One Side (C1S) Papers Thermal Papers Greaseproof Papers/ Food packaging papers Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for specialty papers in assigned territories. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive satisfaction and growth. Sales Targets: Achieve revenue and volume goals set by management. Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot quality or delivery issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Market Monitoring: Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify opportunities. What You Bring Experience: 5–10 years in sales management within the paper industry. Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in Specialty Paper sales, ideally with C1S, Thermal, and Greaseproof papers . Language Skills: Fluent in English; Italian, French, or German is advantageous. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
