At SolaX, a global organization, your career can reach its full potential.Position OverviewThe BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) Sales Manager/Specialist is responsible for driving business development and sales growth for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale energy storage projects. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional sales strategies for BESS solutions in line with company objectives.Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.Collaborate with internal technical, product, and marketing teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.Monitor market trends, policy updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers and partners.Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and webinars to promote brand visibility.Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to management.Support after-sales communication to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BESS, solar, or renewable energy system sales (utility or C&I scale preferred).Proven track record in business development and contract negotiation for energy projects.Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.Chinese, French, Spanish, or German) are a plus.Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work in a fast-growing global clean energy company.Exposure to advanced energy storage technologies and international markets.
