Il ruolo Per la nostra sede di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Customer Success Specialist da inserire nel team di Customer Success italiano. Entrerai a far parte di una delle scale-up a più rapida crescita in Italia, con ampio spazio per l'iniziativa personale, responsabilità diretta su clienti chiave e progetti ad alto impatto. Sarai il volto e la voce di LimoLane per i nostri clienti, comprendendone obiettivi, bisogni e aspettative e andando sempre oltre per garantire un'esperienza positiva sulla piattaforma. Accompagnerai i clienti nel loro percorso di digitalizzazione, condividendo competenze e best practice in momenti dedicati e sessioni di formazione one-to-one, contribuendo nella definizione di best practice operative cliente/azienda Progetti Speciali ad hoc in collaborazione con altri team, in particolare Sales, Sviluppo Prodotto, Market, Operations Affronterai con prontezza le sfide legate alla risoluzione delle problematiche dei clienti, garantendo risposte rapide ed efficaci; Analizzerai in profondità il feedback dei clienti, trasformando insight qualitativi e quantitativi in azioni concrete di miglioramento continuo. Monitorerai transazioni e opportunità di espansione, valorizzando l'impatto e il beneficio che i clienti traggono dai nostri servizi. Costruirai e coltiverai relazioni di lungo periodo, capaci di generare crescita sostenibile sia per i clienti sia per LimoLane. 5-10 anni di esperienza in ruoli Customer / Sales / Accouting, maturata preferibilmente in aziende strutturate/SaaS, dove hai gestito grossi account/multinazionali. Plus: esperienza nel settore mobility, business travel e/o servizi di lusso. Passione per il Customer Success: sei genuinamente motivato/a garantire un'esperienza digitale coinvolgente e di valore. Orientamento al lavoro per obiettivi: sei abituato/a a lavorare per risultati misurabili, monitorando KPI e trasformando gli obiettivi in azioni concrete. Empatia e ascolto attivo: riconosci che ogni cliente ha un percorso unico e sai interpretarne bisogni e aspettative. Eccellenti capacità comunicative, sia scritte che verbali. Competenze tecnologiche: dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di CRM e altri strumenti digitali per la gestione delle relazioni con i clienti. Spirito collaborativo: lavori efficacemente in team e sai che il successo è il risultato di uno sforzo condiviso. Predisposizione al'apprendimento continuo: i nostri prodotti evolvono costantemente e tu sei motivato/a a rimanere aggiornato/a su trend di settore e novità di prodotto. Un team giovane, appassionato e internazionale (età media 30 anni, 15 nazionalità rappresentate): condividiamo curiosità, energia e voglia di costruire qualcosa di grande.
