Sede di lavoro: Roma Responsabilità (Medio-Lungo Termine) • Gestione dei contratti d'appalto con focus sull'ottimizzazione di tempi, costi e qualità. • Supervisione dell'intero ciclo delle attività di costruzione fino al completamento tecnico-amministrativo della commessa, garantendo il corretto handover degli impianti alle funzioni O&M e Asset Management. • Verifica del rispetto della normativa nazionale ed europea in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, ambiente e qualità, attraverso l'adozione di procedure e protocolli adeguati. • Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento fisico ed economico dei progetti, analisi degli scostamenti rispetto al budget, identificazione dei percorsi critici e definizione di interventi tempestivi per la risoluzione delle criticità. • Interfaccia con l'ufficio ingegneria per la definizione delle specifiche contrattuali e delle attività di progettazione. • Supporto alla funzione Acquisti nella selezione dei main components (moduli, inverter, inseguitori, ecc.) e nella pianificazione delle forniture in base alle esigenze di progetto. • Supporto alla funzione Controllo di Gestione nella predisposizione della reportistica periodica relativa allo stato di avanzamento economico delle commesse. Requisiti e Qualifiche • Laurea in discipline scientifiche (preferibilmente Ingegneria). • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza comprovata nel ruolo. • Conoscenza dei principali software per la lettura e modifica degli elaborati tecnici e delle relazioni di progetto, oltre a software gestionali (AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Soft Skills • Spiccata capacità di problem solving, orientamento alla strategia e alla risoluzione delle problematiche. • Ottime capacità di comunicazione, sia verticale sia orizzontale. • Attitudine al lavoro in team, alla condivisione e alla crescita collettiva. • Resilienza, determinazione e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione.
