  • Available to work also during NIGHT SHIFT (from 16:30 to 00:30 or from 23:30 to 07:15)
  • Supervising a team of operatives
  • Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
  • Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
  • Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
  • Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory

The ideal candidate will have : Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
