Per il rafforzamento della struttura e lo sviluppo dei mercati di riferimento, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un / una Sales & Marketing Director. Missione del Ruolo Il / La Sales & Marketing Director sarà responsabile della definizione e dell'attuazione delle strategie di marketing e di vendita nel mercato terziario, con l'obiettivo di far crescere il posizionamento aziendale, rafforzare la presenza nei canali professionali e favorire lo sviluppo del business. L'obiettivo primario è guidare la crescita del fatturato, rafforzare il posizionamento dei brand e assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali e di marketing, garantendo il coordinamento tra le diverse funzioni aziendali. Responsabilità del ruolo Definire la strategia commerciale e di marketing complessiva per i brand del Gruppo, in linea con gli obiettivi di business aziendali (fatturato, margine, quota di mercato) e valorizzando l'innovazione e l'affidabilità dei sistemi Coordinare i piani marketing, le attività di comunicazione e le iniziative di lancio prodotti Supervisionare le attività commerciali e supportare la rete vendita nello sviluppo dei mercati e nella gestione dei key J-18808-Ljbffr
