Per Azienda Cliente, operante nel settore metalmeccanico con respiro internazionale, stiamo ricercando un HSE Engineer. A riporto dell' HSE Manager si occuperà delle tematiche in ambito salute, sicurezza ed ambiente. Responsibilities Nel dettaglio, la figura ricercata si occuperà di: • Esaminare gli adempimenti normativi e di legge, seguendone gli aggiornamenti e verificandone l’applicabilità nel contesto aziendale

  • Definire e gestire le attività necessarie per il costante adeguamento normativo
  • Predisporre la documentazione per le necessarie autorizzazioni in ambito ambientale collaborando con i consulenti
  • Gestire le autorizzazioni in ambito ambientale
  • Implementare un sistema di gestione ambientale garantendone la certificazione secondo lo standard ISO 14001
  • Individuare gli obiettivi di miglioramento sia in ambito Salute e sicurezza su lavoro sia in ambito ambientale
  • Collaborare con l’RSPP per la valutazione dei rischi presenti in azienda, aggiornamento della documentazione prevista e le attività necessarie
  • Partecipare all’analisi delle non conformità dei sistemi di gestione (ambiente e sicurezza)
  • Individuare, proporre, definire e monitorare misure di prevenzione e protezione atte al miglioramento delle condizioni di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro
  • Redigere procedure ed istruzioni negli ambiti sicurezza e ambiente
  • Proporre, raccogliere dati, elaborare e monitorare i KPI dei processi
  • Collaborare con tutte le figure aziendali per il mantenimento e miglioramenti negli ambiti HSE
  • Garantire il mantenimento della necessaria formazione di tutto il personale negli ambiti HSE
  • Possesso dei requisiti di formatore in ambito salute e sicurezza sul lavoro
  • Collaborare con gli enti di certificazione e organi di controllo
  • Partecipare agli audit dei sistemi di gestione
Your Profile Completano il profilo una Laurea in Ingegneria Ambientale (o titolo equivalente), la conoscenza della lingua inglese e la capacità di lavorare in team.
