Our Client, a leading Multinational Company in the Retail & Wholesale Industry, is currently looking for an: Organizational Development Manager – Operations
The resource will oversee the development and implementation of the Company’s Operations department enabling a consistent evolution with regards to organizational structures and processes, operational models, improvement, transformation and integration initiatives.
Perform gap analysis. Plan organizational evolution identifying the road map and the key milestones
Organization Development : to-be structures, role design, and recommended sizing and its implementation
Change Management : act as a change agent supporting the business
Project Management : manage the implementation of organizational projects at Operations department level
Governance : plan, design and monitor Global Operations departments governance mechanisms to ensure main decisions/processes are structured
5+ years of professional experience in Consulting or Multinational Companies, with knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Organizational transformation projects
Stakeholders Management and Influencing Skills, Result-orientation, Project Management and Change Management
Background in Target Operating Model, Business Process Reengineering, Process Mapping and Improvement
English fluent, any other language is considered a plus
