Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Product Managercon una visione strategica e una forte passione per il settore automotive. La persona ideale sarà protagonista nella gestione dei prodotti assegnati, guidando il loro lancio e posizionamento sul mercato, e contribuendo alla costruzione di strategie di business. Responsabilità della posizione:Garantire il corretto posizionamento dei prodotti della marca, definendo strategie coerenti con l'identità e gli obiettivi aziendali.Gestire le attività di Marketing di Prodotto , incluse: analisi competitiva di prezzo e caratteristiche del prodotto, definizione delle strategie di posizionamento e delle politiche promozionali, supporto alla pianificazione dei volumi di vendita.Definire campagne commerciali e iniziative finanziarie, assicurando un flusso informativo efficace verso i referenti nazionali e internazionali e contribuendo alle attività formative sui nuovi prodotti.Mantenere una comunicazione continuativa con HQ e con la rete commerciale. Supportare e supervisionare attività di Revenue Managementin collaborazione con il costruttore.Aggiornare e coordinare la produzione dei materiali di vendita (cataloghi, brochure, dépliant).Redigere reportistica periodica relativa al mercato automotive, in collaborazione con il reparto Sales.Gestire il forecaste il budgeting annuale con riferimento a pricing e mix commerciale.Preparare report e KPI per misurare l'efficacia delle iniziative e supportare decisioni strategiche.Collaborare con il reparto Digital per l'aggiornamento del sito web e del configuratore, e con i team Marketing, Comunicazione e PR per testi, comunicati stampa e presentazioni di prodotto.Monitorare iniziative della concorrenza e benchmark di settore per identificare opportunità e trend.Requisiti:Laureain discipline economiche, marketing, ingegneria o affini.Esperienza di 3-5 anniin ruoli di Product Management, preferibilmente nel settore automotive o in contesti industriali complessi.Competenze analitiche e strategicheper la definizione di posizionamento, pricing e strategie di lancio.Ottime capacità di gestione progettie coordinamento di team interfunzionali (Marketing, Sales, Digital, PR).Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office(Excel e Power Point) e degli strumenti di analisi dati come Power BI.Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese , scritta e parlata.Spiccate doti comunicative , attitudine alla collaborazione e capacità di problem solving.Orientamento al risultato e proattività , con capacità di operare in contesti dinamici e competitivi.
