La risorsa è inserita nel gruppo di Laboratory And Validation, all’interno della struttura R&D ed è coinvolta nelle attività di sviluppo e validazione dei circuiti elettronici per antenne, principalmente in ambito automotive.
Compiti principali
- Analisi scarti di produzione e resi dal campo;
- Individuazione causa primaria della difettosità;
- Produzione documentazione di qualità (8d, ...);
- Analisi statistica dell'andamento dei guasti (frequenza e tipologia scarti VS linee di produzione);
- Validazione funzionale circuiti elettronici per nuovi prodotti (RPC);
- Validazione circuiti per sostituzione componenti;
- Produzione reportistica e archiviazione secondo procedure IATF;
- Produzione fascicoli tecnici per attività di certificazione prodotto;
- Collaborazione con altre aree aziendali, interne ed esterne a R&D (Design elettronico ed elettromagnetico, Project Management, Qualità, ...);
Competenze e qualifiche richieste
- Diploma a indirizzo elettronico/telecomunicazioni e/o laurea in Ingegneria a indirizzo elettronico/telecomunicazioni;
- Capacità di lettura schemi elettrici e circuitali;
- Capacità di modifica circuiti elettronici (saldatura componenti, ...);
- Conoscenza della strumentazione di laboratorio elettronico per circuiti a radiofrequenza (Oscilloscopio, Multimetro, RF Network Analyzer e/o Analizzatore di spettro);
- Conoscenza dell’elettronica analogica;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
- Utilizzo di MS Office;
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
- Attenzione al dettaglio e orientamento al problem solving.
Altre competenze e qualifiche richieste (a titolo preferenziale)
- Esperienza nel ruolo 1-3 anni;
- Provenienza dal settore automotive;
- Conoscenza dello standard automotive IATF;
- Conoscenza di SAP.
