CRM Automation Specialist

As a CRM Automation Specialist , you’ll play a key role in driving business growth and efficiency across sales functions through advanced automation and AI solutions. Administrate & Maintain CRM Platform – Act as the key technical resource for ongoing administration of the CRM platform (HubSpot), including troubleshooting integration issues, maintaining data cleanliness, and supporting core platform functionality.
Develop AI Solutions – Design, build, and deploy robust, scalable prototypes using Python for data enrichment, predictive scoring, streamlined pipeline management, and automated recommendations.
Lead Technical Projects – Take ownership of AI initiatives from ideation and MVP through to production deployment, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and clear communication.
Drive Business Impact – Identify and prioritise opportunities where AI and automation can deliver the highest ROI, focusing on enhancing sales efficiency, lead conversion rates, and data quality.
Innovate & Explore – Continuously research and test new AI/ML technologies and concepts to find creative ways to solve complex business challenges and advance our capabilities.
Expertise in Python – Proven ability to develop, test, and deploy complex applications using Python and relevant data science libraries.
Passion for AI/ML – A genuine enthusiasm for AI, ML, and automation, coupled with a deep desire to translate those concepts into tangible business solutions.
Impact‑Driven Mindset – A strong, proven curiosity and an intrinsic motivation to drive projects that deliver significant and measurable impact on business metrics.
CRM Knowledge – Knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), including understanding of data models, APIs, and workflows is a plus.
