As Quality Tools Lead, you will report to the Quality Control Manager within the Energy Carriers department at Bioraffineria di Livorno. Responsibilities Support the Project Quality Manager / Quality Control Manager in defining the information required for the proper set‐up of quality tools. Ensure that QA databases for audit, training and NCR management are correctly established and maintained. Coordinate with the Construction IT tools administration department to establish QC databases for Mechanical completion and weld traceability. Provide training to operators and coordinators on QA/QC tools. Monitor the regular update of QA/QC data, reporting to the Project and department teams. Identify discrepancies/criticalities in uploaded data and support the Project Quality Manager / Quality Control Manager in defining corrective actions. Define guidelines to standardise quality data approaches across sites and interface with other Quality Tools Specialists. Collect experiences to support continuous improvement of quality tools. When non‐Saipem tools are used, interface with relevant departments to manage data and provide reporting to Saipem. Coordinate with Quality Records Controllers to ensure electronic copies of QA/QC documentation are ready and formatted for client delivery. Education: High school diploma. Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role within oil and gas. Languages: Italian and English. Technical Skills: Quality Management Software, Data Analysis, Quality Tools. Advanced Excel, Database Management, System Administration. You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on project assignments. Fixed term / contractor.
