technology, specializzata nell erogazione di servizi di assistenza e
consulenza, help desk, implementazioni IT, sviluppo software e servizi on site,
di tecnici per assistenza con competenze e passione nel campo dell Information
Technology per svolgere attività di assistenza verso gli utenti.
PosizioneLa risorsa si occuperà della gestione di postazioni di lavoro, fornirà assistenza agli utenti per problematiche di natura HW o SW, installazione PC e stampanti.
Nello specifico la figura identificherà le problematiche SW, gestirà e risolverà i ticket.
A titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo si segnala che fanno parte dei servizi le seguenti attività:
Installazione, configurazione e gestione dei sistemi operativi Microsoft Windows 10
Installazione, configurazione e gestione dei sistemi Apple MacOS/iOS, Android
Installazione, aggiornamento e gestione dei principali applicativi di Office Automation quali MicrosoftOffice, Acrobat, ecc.
Gestione tenant Office365/Microsoft365
Gestione sistemi MDM (Mobile Device Management)
Utilizzo di tools per la gestione remota
Conoscenza dei sistemi di posta elettronica
Conoscenza dei servizi di Active Directory
Conoscenza dei principi dei sistemi di networking e security
Completano il profilo:
- Proattività, energia e forte orientamento ai risultati
- Atteggiamento positivo, capacità relazionali e comunicative e di problem solving
- Attitudine alla formazione e alla ricerca sulle nuove tecnologie, nonché al lavoro in Team
Requisiti:
- Diploma Tecnico o Laurea in informatica
- Esperienza: almeno 2 anni maturati in ambito IT
- Conoscenza della lingua Inglese Livello B1
- Automuniti
- Residenti a Milano e zone limitrofe
Saranno considerate titolo preferenziale eventuali certificazioni Microsoft e corsi di specializzazione in campo informatico.
Qual è l'offerta?
A seguito di un primo colloquio conoscitivo per valutare le competenze, per i candidati ritenuti idonei, sarà richiesta la frequenza di una formazione specifica di 120 ore.
Il corso sarà erogato nelle seguenti date: dal 03/06 al 21/06
Si svolgerà in presenza, presso la nostra sede: Dot Academy S.R.L. in Viale Sarca 78, Milano e con orario full-time, dal Lunedì al Venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 14:00 alle 18:00.
Per i profili selezionati, si offre un contratto in somministrazione in staff leasing a tempo indeterminato con importante agenzia per il lavoro.
