Jobgate Srl , società autorizzata dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali per le attività di Reclutamento e Selezione, ricerca n.1 HR Sales Account Manager per conto di una rinomata azienda italiana, leader nell’amministrazione del personale e nella consulenza in materia di lavoro e servizi HR, con sede a Teverola (CE).

La risorsa selezionata dovrà possedere competenze strategiche nella pianificazione delle iniziative commerciali e sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e della ricerca di nuovi clienti, nonché della consulenza e promozione dei servizi HR richiesti in base ai fabbisogni. È richiesta la disponibilità alla mobilità sul territorio nazionale, in particolare in Lombardia, Campania e Sicilia.

Mansioni principali:

  • Pianificare strategie per lo sviluppo commerciale aziendale volte al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato;
  • Acquisire nuove aziende prospect attraverso una mappatura del territorio e cura delle comunicazioni;
  • Promuovere servizi di amministrazione e selezione del personale in outsourcing e l’acquisto di applicativi per migliorare la gestione HR;
  • Aumentare il tasso di fidelizzazione dei clienti acquisiti, promuovendo nuovi servizi in ambito HR e creando nuove opportunità di business;
  • Fornire consulenza mirata nella presentazione dei servizi e nell'analisi dei fabbisogni dei clienti su tematiche HR;
  • Stesura di offerte commerciali in accordo con la Direzione e la policy aziendale;
  • Collaborare con le varie aree aziendali per la definizione di strategie di vendita e il supporto al cliente;
  • Collaborare con l’Ufficio Marketing per promuovere le iniziative commerciali volte alla generazione di contatti tramite iniziative web.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruoli strategici commerciali;
  • Spiccato orientamento nell’ambito della consulenza alle imprese;
  • Buona conoscenza dei principi e delle procedure dell'amministrazione e selezione delle risorse umane;
  • Conoscenza approfondita del mercato di riferimento e del tessuto imprenditoriale locale;
  • Laurea in discipline economico-giuridiche;
  • Eccellente conoscenza del pacchetto Office e/o CRM aziendali;
  • Ottime doti relazionali, capacità analitiche e di ascolto, e orientamento commerciale;
  • Disponibilità a spostarsi sul territorio nazionale.

Condizioni contrattuali:

  • Si applica il CCNL Commercio (14 mensilità); livello di inquadramento commisurato all'esperienza + buoni pasto;
  • Inserimento con contratto a tempo determinato e/o indeterminato, in base alla seniority;
  • Inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all’esperienza pregressa del candidato.

Sede principale: Teverola (CE)
Orario di lavoro: full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì (09:00-18:00).
