La nostra proposta: Siamo alla ricerca di un* Senior Field Technician (Data Center) La risorsa nell'ambito di un progetto relativo ad importante cliente del settore Telecomunicazioni opererà all'interno di infrastrutture Data Center ad alta criticità, per clienti enterprise e hyperscaler, svolgendo attività operative on-site su reti in fibra ottica e relative infrastrutture fisiche e apparati di rete. Requsiti richiesti: - Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni - Capacità di eseguire giunzioni a fusione su fibra ottica single-mode e multi-mode. - Esperienza in attestazione e connettorizzazione (LC, SC – APC/UPC). - Utilizzo operativo di OTDR per il collaudo di collegamenti in fibra ottica. - Capacità di interpretare correttamente i risultati di test e individuare anomalie (perdite, riflessioni, giunzioni difettose). - Capacità di eseguire troubleshooting a livello fisico (fibra, patch, connessioni). - Buona conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico scritto per interagire con team internazionali (ticket, chat operative). Competenze gradite: - Esperienza in ambienti e contesti ad alta criticità, come Data Center e Centrali Tlc. - Esperienza in attività di First Line Maintenance (FLM) su infrastrutture fisiche di rete. - Capacità di redazione di documentazione tecnica (report di intervento, risultati di test, as-built). Completano il profilo spiccate capacità di ascolto e di relazione e adattamento a situazioni altamente variabili. Modalità Operativa: L'attività sarà svolta in remote working. Sono previste giornate di reperibilità. Si richiede disponibilità per turni diurni e notturni e trasferte. Compensation & Benefit: La proposta economica sarà valutata rispetto alla seniority e alle competenze dimostrate. RAL (30000-34000)+ticket restaurant. Si valutano anche collaborazioni con freelance. Iter di Selezione: Il percorso di selezione prevede un primo approfondimento conoscitivo/motivazionale con il referente HR dedicato e una successiva fase di valutazione e presentazione delle tematiche tecnico/progettuali.
