Prestigioso Gruppo multinazionale, conosciuto in tutto il mondo per progettazione, produzione e messa in servizio di impianti completi di estrusione di alluminio, ci ha incaricati della Ricerca e Selezione di un Service Engineer & Hotliner
La persona prescelta avrà la responsabilità di occuparsi delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria fornendo supporto tecnico al cliente su macchine ed impianti ad elevato contenuto tecnologico. Gestirà in loco o da remoto i fermi macchina o altri problemi tecnici di natura elettronica e seguirà la manutenzione preventiva programmata assicurando il funzionamento quotidiano delle attività produttive. Effettuerà test e debug intervenendo sul software PLC per risolvere problematiche on site e garantire un’efficiente interconnessione degli impianti. In sinergia con l'ufficio preposto, garantirà una formazione dettagliata e competente agli addetti ai lavori sull'utilizzo delle macchine e delle automazioni installate. Attività :- Analisi delle esigenze del cliente fornendo la soluzione al problema mediante assistenza telefonica, teleassistenza o interventi on-site;
- Troubleshooting, manutenzione e riparazione di macchinari industriali ad elevata automazione;
- Programmazione software PLC e sequenze di lavorazione con la gestione di inverter e drive, in ottica di pieno sviluppo di interconnessione degli impianti;
- Testing I/O per la verifica del corretto funzionamento del programma;
- Debugging per la correzione di eventuali errori nel codice e risoluzione degli stessi;
- Training presso i Clienti mediante l’organizzazione di meeting tecnici;
- Feedback a colleghi degli uffici di Ingegneria e After Sales per attività di miglioramento di prodotto;
- Collaborazione con l'ufficio commerciale per elaborare strategie atte alla gestione dei reclami e alla vendita ricambi;
- Redazione di report periodici contenenti analisi tecniche e costi di garanzia.
Requisiti :
- Background fortemente tecnico con una pregressa esperienza in manutenzione elettromeccanica di macchine e impianti automatici;
- Capacità di lettura disegni elettrici, meccanici e schemi oleodinamici;
- Ottima conoscenza software PLC e Inverter (Siemens/Rockwell);
- Disponibilità a viaggiare per il 40% del tempo in Italia e nel mondo;
- Padronanza della lingua inglese.
