Per accompagnare la crescita e investire su nuovi talenti, ricerchiamo una figura junior da formare per il ruolo di:
JUNIOR SALES TRUCK
La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team commerciale e verrà affiancata e formata per sviluppare competenze tecniche e commerciali nel mondo dei Truck.
Progressivamente si occuperà della gestione e dello sviluppo del portafoglio clienti nell’area assegnata, con il supporto di colleghi senior e della struttura aziendale.
La sede di riferimento è in zona Firenze, con possibilità di organizzare l’attività in modo flessibile in base al domicilio.
è una persona giovane, curiosa e motivata, con forte interesse per il settore automotive, in particolare veicoli industriali;
ha una predisposizione alla vendita e al contatto con il cliente;
ha maturato eventuali, anche brevi, esperienze commerciali o tecniche nel settore (non indispensabili).
L’azienda offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato e un pacchetto retributivo competitivo, composto da parte fissa e una quota variabile legata ai risultati.
