Customer Engagement Execution Senior Manager page is loaded Customer Engagement Execution Senior Manager Apply locations IT Milano time type Full time posted on Posted 30+ Days Ago job requisition id JR1138 Location: Based in Milano 3 days in field, Tuesday to Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday are WFH/Smart working when not in the field Job type: Permanent The Customer Engagement Execution Senior Manager is responsible for leading the country Key Account Managers’ (KAM) team, by defining and executing the sales strategy aligned with global strategy and exercising control over resources, KAM budgets and expenses. He or she will work with and supervise the KAM team to grow new business opportunities and drive profitable revenue growth through designing and setting the strategic plans for the region. This role also requires managing the KAM sizing, structure, and territory design for brands in promotion and monitoring field activity to ensure balanced workloads, as well as driving the design and implementation of the local incentive program aligned with the Global Sales Incentive Program (GSIP). Role and responsibilities Overall responsibility for ensuring the successful delivery of the company’s sales objectives, designing and setting the strategic engagement plan aligned with the global Commercial Excellence strategy. Analyze market conditions and trends, develop long term strategies, and provide recommendations to the Country Lead Italy. Collaborate with Country Lead and SEC Omnichannel Excellence in forecasting of sales objectives, ensuring realistic and achievable projections. In partnership with Finance and SEC Omnichannel Excellence, develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, that aligns with market penetration strategy. Responsible for recruiting, training, and development of the KAM team. Guide KAM team in being accountable for sales results and successful performance. Ensure the sales force is duly trained on internal compliance procedures and standards as well as on the Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Good Practices and other industry-related legislation. Provide strategic input to the Customer Engagement Strategy Manager and SEC Omnichannel Excellence Manager for development and continued evolution of the customer engagement and omnichannel plan as well as KAM-related customer resources. What you’ll bring High level of written and spoken English. Extensive experience in pharmaceutical Sales Management. Previous experience in direct people leadership/management. Cross-functional business leadership experience within sales or marketing. Experience in Incentive Program design. Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, drug prescription process and prescription drugs distribution process in Italy.
