They work across a wide range of industries to streamline operations, empower their workforce and help customers reduce their environmental impact. 【Position Summary】 They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a European Blood Market Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading initiatives to expand and optimize the company's blood business across Europe. You will work closely with our technical team and key stakeholders, including blood banks, healthcare institutions, and specialized partners, to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and connect with enhanced patient safety. 【Responsibility】 Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth within the European blood market. Build and maintain strong relationships with blood banks, hospitals, healthcare organizations, and regulatory agencies across Europe. Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to enhance our presence in the blood market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and address challenges related to blood collection, processing, storage, and distribution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of industry changes. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on market performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and services and expand our professional network. 【Essential knowledge, skills, qualifications】 Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare management, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the healthcare or life sciences industry, with a focus on blood products preferred. Strong understanding of the European healthcare landscape, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to completion. Fluency in English and Italian is a must; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
