You will be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of a global market leader in premium wafer products. The ideal candidate is passionate about the sweet snacks sector, skilled in portfolio strategy, and has a robust background in marketing. You will drive the management, development, and optimization of our distinguished product portfolio, aiming at building and strengthening our market captainship.
Analyze and monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Sales, Operations, Finance) to define global product portfolio objectives, strategy, and guidelines, ensuring consistency and clarity of priorities across categories and markets.
Oversee Global Portfolio planning, coordinating the annual / multi‑annual New Products Planning process supported by consolidating requests / briefs and facilitating consensus across stakeholders.
Recommend product range mobilization and promote de‑complexity initiatives according to performance and business priorities, establishing KPIs, metrics and processes to monitor and report on product portfolio performance across all brands and product categories.
Support the NPD process and governance, dealing with its phases, gates, deliverables, and working mechanisms, and ensuring projects adhere to established processes and procedures.
Supervise Product Portfolio Managers supporting their professional development.
Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role in FMCG (10+ years); Prior experience in marketing is highly desirable; ability to integrate marketing strategies with portfolio management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market research.
Strong project and people management skills with a track record of coordinating cross‑functional teams.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English; additional languages are an asset.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field; Availability to travel internationally as required.
