What you will be doing In this role, you will be in charge of developing the marketing strategy for Walliance new business lines, which are key to Walliance growth. More specifically, you will:

- Work closely with key company departments (such as strategy, product, sales, legal, etc) in order to grow a deep understanding of Walliance business, product, and industry;
- Define the impact of the new Business Lines on Walliance strategy, and develop a marketing strategy for each business line;
- Manage go-to-market of new business lines marketing strategies from ideation to execution to drive the commercial rollout, adoption, and integration of both new and existing products;
- Anticipate & Adapt: See around corners to spot risks to new business lines and develop relevant response plans.
- Build scalable processes that can be transitioned to operational teams once each new business line is live and established in a given market.
- Coordinate with central marketing experts to build the plan, together with toolkits and guidelines for proper deployment of the marketing strategy across all countries
- Coordinate launch of the business line coordinating internal departments such as creative, brand, campaign, and country marketing specialists. Follow up and maintain high standards for the new business lines' communication
- Provide support to key internal stakeholders to help launch and roll-out the business lines, by creating decks, reports, market analyses, product analyses, and everything that can contribute to the success of the new business line

Job requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience in top-tier management consulting firms or high-growth technology companies; proptech is a plus
- Structured thinking with project management skills
- Strategic, organizational, or marketing consulting experience
- Ability to identify critical cogs and ensure project execution
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Leadership skills to push key projects to multiple stakeholders
- Analysis skills and strategic mindset
