Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Acquisto di materiali diretti ed indiretti, con focus principale sulle categorie:
  • Prodotti Trade.
  • Acquisti Indiretti (MRO, Facilities).

Principali responsabilità

Rispondendo al Procurement Manager le principali attività del ruolo sono le seguenti:
  • Sourcing: definizione ed attuazione delle strategie d'acquisto per le categorie di competenza, negoziazione e redazioni di contratti con i fornitori, selezione di nuovi fornitori.
  • Procurement: negoziazione ed elaborazione degli ordini d'acquisto per le categorie di competenza, expediting delle consegne in collaborazione con i reparti.
  • Analisi del rischio: verifica e garantisce la stabilità dei fornitori, valutando il rischio finanziario, logistico e tecnico.
  • Supporto alla elaborazione dei budget annuale, se richiesta definizione dei prezzi standard dei materiali appartenenti alle categorie di competenza lavorando sul sistema ERP (SAP).
  • Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di saving assegnati, assicurando anche il follow-up dei KPI definiti.
  • Seguire e supportare la qualifica di nuovi fornitori per i materiali in fase di sviluppo.
  • Supportare l'esecuzione delle Strategie d'acquisto proprie delle Categorie di competenza definite.
  • Gestire le relazioni con i fornitori, sulle base delle Strategie proprie della Categoria di appartenenza e delle necessità a livello Locale (EMEA).
  • Interfacciarsi proattivamente con tutti plant a livello global. Trarre vantaggio dalla trasversalità della propria mansione per sviluppare sinergie, standardizzazione di processi, condivisione di best practices, ecc.
  • Essere responsabile della correttezza dei dati contenuti nei file di monitoraggio, KPI, total cost of ownership, vendor management e miglioramento dei processi.
  • Collaborare con i colleghi del Procurement & Supply Chain nell'assicurare un efficace Business Partnership con i Siti Produttivi, le Divisioni Commerciali e le funzioni Corporate.

Requisiti della posizione
  • Titolo di studi Laurea Tecnica con almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel Procurement e nella gestione dei Fornitori.
  • Ottima conoscenza delle attività di Sourcing ed Acquisti.
  • Capacità di relazionarsi in modo efficace con gli stakeholders interni ed i Fornitori.
  • Forte focus sui clienti interni e sul business, orientamento ai risultati.
  • Spiccato intuito verso il business e capacità di costruire una rete di relazioni sostenibile ed orientata al business.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e di negoziazione.
  • Propensione al lavoro in Team.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese sia parlata che scritta.
  • Ottima conoscenza dei più comuni software appartenenti alla piattaforma Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel; Buona conoscenza dei sistemi ERP, in particolare SAP.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte di lavoro.
