Abbiamo recentemente lanciato una piattaforma che sfrutta una nostra AI specifica per il assicurativo (se volessimo tirarcela diremmo: siamo il competitor di CHATGPT, ma blufferemmo - loro sono tecnologicamente troppo forti (oggi)) che si propone di diventare leader di mercato nel 2026. Nome della soluzione Navisio AI (cercala così ci aumenti le visite sul sito) Stiamo cercando un/una Product Designer che voglia crescere con noi e avere un impatto reale su un prodotto in forte evoluzione, Lanciata a settembre in 3 mesi abbiamo portato a casa 100 clienti e ci apprestiamo a crescere esponenzialmente nel 2026, probabilmente anche grazie a te (o chi si candiderà a questa offerta). Una cosa mettiamo subito in chiaro Da noi vieni scelto per quello che sai, ma crescerai per quello che sei, nessun compromesso, solo valori e risultati. Cerchiamo un Product designer (anche di 18 anni) ma che abbia fuoco negli occhi Cosa c'è da fare: Progetterai esperienze UX/UI per un prodotto SaaS B2B complesso ma ad alto valore Lavorerai a stretto contatto con founder, team tech e business per trasformare esigenze reali in soluzioni concrete Contribuirai all'evoluzione del design system Disegnerai flussi chiave (onboarding, analisi documentale, comparazioni, dashboard) Parteciperai attivamente alle scelte di prodotto, non solo all'esecuzione Collaborerai allo sviluppo front-end, traducendo il design in interfacce funzionanti Chi ci piacerebbe trovare: 1–3 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo di prodotti digitali (SaaS è un plus) Ottima base di UX/UI design Esperienza di coding front-end (React / Next.js o simili) Mentalità product-oriented (non solo "pixel-perfect") Curiosità verso AI, automazione e prodotti complessi Capacità di lavorare in un contesto early-stage, con autonomia e responsabilità Competenze (che saranno valutate a parte): Coding e tutto quello che può essere necessario a velocizzare il processo in messa in produzione del SaaS Figma Design system e component-based design React / Next.js / Tailwind (o stack simile) Collaborazione con team tech (Git, review, handoff reali) Contratto: Contratto: Full time (36 ore - venerdì pomeriggio vai a fare sport) Tipologia: valutiamo sia indeterminato (apprendistato) - Collaborazione full time p.iva RAL: 20k – 30k € OTE (in base all'esperienza, competenze e plus) Modalità: flessibile / remote-friendly Sede: Torino Perchè noi?
