Per sostenere il nostro successo e far funzionare la nostra infrastruttura tecnologica siamo alla ricerca di un IT Intern - Support & System Administration che si occuperà di infrastruttura tecnica e supporto hardware, facendo esperienza diretta con sistemi enterprise in un contesto retail veloce e dinamico Cosa Farai Darai supporto tecnico di primo livello per problemi hardware, software e connettività — sia nei punti vendita che in sede Andrai sul campo nei locali per risolvere problemi su connettività, stampanti, POS, kiosk e altri dispositivi Gestirai account utente, permessi e protocolli di sicurezza sui vari sistemi Documentarai procedure, creare guide per la knowledge base e tenere aggiornato l'inventario IT Ti cordinerai con i fornitori per riparazioni, sostituzioni e supporto ai punti vendita Supporterai il rollout e il test di nuove soluzioni tecnologiche nei ristoranti Come Puoi Crescere Ci aspettiamo che nel tempo tu possa contribuire a: Progettare sistemi automatici di monitoraggio e alert per intercettare i problemi tempestivamente Costruire soluzioni self-service per efficientare la gestione dei ticket di supporto Automatizzare i flussi di provisioning per onboarding e offboarding utenti Creare script per automatizzare task IT ripetitivi Guidare progetti di deployment tecnologico per nuove aperture Contribuire a iniziative di sicurezza IT e compliance Testare e proporre nuovi strumenti per migliorare il servizio IT Passare dal supporto alla configurazione e gestione dei sistemi Requisiti Capacità di problem-solving e pensiero analitico Buon inglese scritto e parlato Autonomia e capacità di lavorare sia da solo che in team Curiosità e voglia di imparare cose nuove Nice to Have Familiarità con amministrazione Windows e macOS Basi di networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Esperienza con sistemi di ticketing Qualche esperienza con linguaggi di scripting Interesse per automazione IT e ottimizzazione dei servizi Info: Inquadramento: Tirocinio di 6 mesi Rimborso spese mensile: 800 € Sede di lavoro: Milano centro (6 giorni al mese di smartworking)
