Job Description

Missions

Activités Product Care

  • Gérer les tickets de demande et assurer leur résolution dans des délais rapides.
  • Analyser les réclamations des clients et assurer un service optimal
  • Gérer les litiges clients et le suivi des demandes des clients.
  • Effectuer un suivi et un contrôle du délai raisonnable de résolution des tickets afin d’assurer la satisfaction du client.

Gestion du SAV boutique

  • Travailler directement en lien avec le Product Care Front Office et les équipes de back office.
  • Être en contact permanent avec le Product Care Front Office afin de faire remonter des informations concernant d’éventuels problèmes de qualité/défauts du produit.
  • Être en contact permanent avec l’équipe du Product Care Front Office pour gérer toutes les différentes réclamations clients liées aux réparations et qui auraient un impact sur leur expérience client au sein de la maison.
  • Être en contact permanent avec le Service Client en cas de réclamation pouvant dégénérer en litige.

  • Connaissance des produits Gucci
  • Maîtrise de l’approche client, recherche permanente des besoins et de la satisfaction du client.
  • Flexibilité, organisation
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles
  • Anglais courant.

Profil type

  • Ecole de commerce/Licence/Master
  • Anglais courant, troisième langue appréciée
  • Bonne présentation, très bon relationnel, grande capacité d’écoute, polyvalence, et sensibilité produit et mode
