Overview In this role you will lead the Legal & Compliance function for ReVersal SIM, ensuring full regulatory adherence while enabling business growth. You will be the sole reference for legal, corporate, and regulatory matters, reporting to Senior Management and the Board. You will shape the compliance program, provide regulatory guidance to management and the Investment Team, and oversee contracting and governance processes. This is an opportunity to turn regulatory constraints into scalable, efficient practices in a dynamic wealth-management environment.

Responsabilità
Define and monitor the Compliance Plan and conduct risk assessments/audits of internal processes
Monitor regulatory developments (Consob, Bank of Italy, MiFID II) and provide ex-ante support for new services and business lines
Draft and maintain contract documentation; negotiate strategic agreements with partners, brokers, outsourcers, and vendors
Support the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors with minutes, power of attorney, reporting; manage registers and pre-litigation matters
Plan and deliver internal training to embed regulatory changes and promote ethical client treatment
Requisiti fondamentali
~8–12 years in Compliance, Legal, or Internal Control within investment firms, asset managers, banks, or financial-sector law firms
~ Solid knowledge of TUF, MiFID II, Consob Intermediaries Regulation (Product Governance, Best Execution, Inducements), and AML/GDPR
~ Familiarity with electronic signatures, pre-contractual documentation, and complaint management
~ Degree in Law or Economics/Finance; bar qualification is a plus
~ Autonomy and independence of judgment
~ Pragmatic problem-solving orientation
~ Strong communication with senior management and boards
~ Regulatory compliance and governance
