IT Support ROMA Modalità di lavoro: IBRIDO Inquadramento e RAL: Indeterminato range: 25-30 K Entrerai nel team Operations e ti occuperai di: Gestione delle richieste tecniche provenienti dai punti vendita (telefonicamente o tramite portale Jira e sistema di ticketing); Fornire attività di supporto help desk per la risoluzione di problematiche hardware e software. Configurazione degli apparati presenti nelle agenzie; Svolgimento di attività di troubleshooting tecnico di primo e secondo livello; Gestione iniziale dei problem e coordinamento delle eventuali escalation verso i livelli successivi di assistenza; Diploma o Laurea in discipline informatiche o affini; Esperienza, anche minima o consolidata, in attività di assistenza tecnica hardware e software; Ottima conoscenza dell'ambiente Microsoft; Attenzione alla riservatezza e alla gestione corretta delle informazioni; Flessibilità operativa; Ottime capacità interpersonali e attitudine al supporto utente ("customer oriented"); Attitudine al lavoro in team; La posizione è full time in regime di turnazione, inclusi – se previsti – domeniche e festivi.
