Our cloud provides instant access to over 12,000 open‐source AI models and our research innovations in efficiency, reliability, and model optimization.About the RoleWe're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing — a strategic and hands‐on leader who can turn organic traffic, content, and analytics into a predictable growth engine. You'll own Featherless's growth stack end‐to‐end: web presence, SEO, analytics, paid experimentation, and conversion funnels — and help coordinate the full website rebrand and relaunch. Your mission: grow qualified traffic and convert awareness into activation.What you'll doCoordinate the full website rebrand (UX, copy, and performance) with internal and external partnersDefine and execute Featherless's SEO and keyword strategyBuild and manage analytics + attribution systems (GA4, PostHog, Supabase, Looker)Optimize signup, activation, and retention funnels with data‐led experimentsRun small, high‐impact paid campaigns to test messagingCollaborate with DevRel on content strategyReport weekly on growth KPIs — traffic, conversion, activation, churnWhat you bring3–7 years in growth or digital marketing (developer tools, or infra preferred)Proven experience owning growth strategy across SEO, paid, and analyticsStrong command of GA4, Ahrefs, Search Console, Looker, or similar toolsAnalytical and experimental — you define KPIs, test hypotheses, and ship fastCollaborative across engineering, design, and product teamsBonus: led a brand or website redesign projectBonus: familiarity with LLMs, APIs, or developer platformsWhy FeatherlessShape the growth engine of an emerging AI infrastructure companyFull ownership of SEO, analytics, and rebrand executionWork directly with leadership and engineers to move fast and test ideasBuild the foundation for a scalable PLG and enterprise funnelSeniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesTechnology, Information and InternetCompensation Range: CA$100K - CA$180K
