**The Role**

- Sonnedix is looking for a dynamic**Growth Initiatives Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Growth Initiatives. This role will support the daily operations of our Growth function, working closely with the growth team and liaising with executives and shareholders to facilitate decision-making and the implementation of key initiatives.
The Growth Initiatives Manager will play a crucial role in the Growth function and be responsible for identifying and executing projects to enhance the CGO’s ability to deliver on the growth agenda. The Growth Initiatives Manager will coordinate Growth meetings, manage agendas, and ensure effective growth reporting, tracking, and budgeting activities. Additionally, the role will support the execution of initiatives, highlight early warnings, propose mitigating actions, and assist in policy and strategy planning to align with the company's long-term agenda.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the infrastructure sector, ideally the solar PV and RES sector, particularly in multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience with financial modelling and/or transactions is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships across all levels, cross-functional collaboration, delivering constructive outcomes in complex settings
