Your Responsibilities Maintenance, repair, and servicing of production systems and company equipment Analysis and resolution of technical faults to ensure uninterrupted production flow (PDCA) Execution of preventive maintenance and equipment calibration Optimization of machinery and systems to improve efficiency and productivity Documentation of completed work and updating of maintenance plans Support in the installation of new machinery and systems Collaboration with internal departments to improve production processes Compliance with workplace safety regulations and accident prevention Your Qualifications & Skills High school diploma from a technical school or institute in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation, mechanics, or industrial engineering, or training as an electrician or electronics technician Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good understanding of electrical diagrams, technical processes, and control units (PLC) Strong communication skills Ability to work in a team Good knowledge of Italian and/or German OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits WHY ALPITRONIC Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting‐edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
