We are looking for a Quality Control / Quality Assurance profile to oversee and coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring the highest quality standards across production processes. The role will drive strategic actions and projects to improve quality performance, while collaborating closely with plant leadership, production, engineering, and procurement to simplify processes and strengthen execution. Key Responsibilities: Support day by day quality control activities and assist in maintaining product and process standards. Participate at problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and ensure consistent quality. Conduct inspections, testing, and verification to ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements. Assist in preparing documentation related to audits, corrective actions, and supplier qualification. Collaborate with internal teams to track non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Contribute to the development of a strong quality culture within the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline. +7 years of experience Interesting experience in Manufacturing, QMS/QA/QC, or Operations roles. Proven background within Engineering, Procurement & Construction markets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-driven mindset. Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term goals. Fluent in English. Technical know-how in energy-related topics. Workplace: Tuscany.
