La risorsa ricercata è un* Transformation Program Manager con competenze in ambito Payments, che verrà sarà inserita all’interno della Direzione Strategy & Projects e farà parte di un Team che è responsabile della definizione della strategia, dei progetti di sviluppo e trasformazione del business dell’azienda e delle analisi di mercato.

Principali attività:

  • Gestione di un ampio programma di trasformazione di prodotto e tecnologia in ambito payment;
  • Coordinamento degli stream e dei team di lavoro;
  • Valutazione delle soluzioni tecnologiche e di scelta dei fornitori;
  • Gestione del budget e del business case del programma;
  • Definizione e coordinamento della strategia di go-to-market;
  • Preparazione e gestione degli avanzamenti per il top management.

  • Minimo 7-10 anni di esperienza professionale, con comprovata capacità di gestione di programmi/progetti di trasformazione in ambito payments.
  • Competenze di business e di trasformazione tecnologica e del settore dei pagamenti.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
  • La capacità di lavorare in modalità Agile e certificazioni in questo ambito (es. Scrum Master) sono da considerarsi un plus.
