What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?
- Developing, managing, and creating relationships between the organization and suppliers, customers, and/or vendors.
- Assisting with the development and execution of strategy and business development initiatives.
- Ensuring execution to sales growth plans.
- Driving results through demand identification and creation opportunities.
- Leading stakeholder management sessions and maintaining open lines of communication.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand business trends and forecasts.
- Providing market intelligence and managing market-specific sales strategies.
- Working closely with the marketing team to manage releases, promotions, and advertising.
- Monitoring the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs.
- Ensuring sales and technical teams are enabled with the go-to-market strategy.
This job profile requires participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
More about the function: The CloudHealth Global Strategic Program Manager is recognized as an expert in their area within the organization and requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise. Responsibilities include interpreting internal or external business issues, recommending solutions/best practices, solving complex problems, and leading functional teams or projects.
What are we looking for?
- 12 years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy in the IT industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Effective communication with people at all levels.
- Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
