In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the complete management of the kitchen brigade under the supervision of the Sous Chef, will have daily control of batches, and will be required to maintain the high quality and management standards required. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction. /li liManage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. /li liSupervision and training of staff, ensuring high standards of service. /li liManage the various sections and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a similar role in high-end hotels or restaurants. /li liAvailability to work shifts, weekends and holidays. /li liExcellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations /li liHigh level of professionalism and integrity. /li liAbility to contribute innovative ideas to menus and dishes. /li liPassion for the hospitality industry and a desire to offer unforgettable experiences to guests. /li /ul h3What
