Responsabilità principali Gestione operativa e amministrativa dei Clienti MAG assegnati , garantendo il rispetto delle procedure aziendali e degli standard di servizio. Svolgimento delle attività tecnico–amministrative assicurative , a supporto degli Account e dell'Ufficio, nella gestione dei programmi assicurativi dei Clienti . Supporto nella gestione della documentazione contrattuale e nella corretta tenuta dell'archivio amministrativo e del general file del Cliente , in conformità alle normative vigenti. La risorsa si interfaccerà costantemente con la Struttura di Back Office per le seguenti attività: Inserimento e aggiornamento dell' anagrafica dei nuovi Clienti nel gestionale aziendale. Caricamento, gestione e monitoraggio delle polizze assicurative e delle relative compagnie emittenti. Gestione delle appendici di variazione in corso di contratto. Gestione del quietanzamento (incluse regolazioni premio) e richiesta anticipi. Monitoraggio delle coperture assicurative (anticipate ed emesse) e raccolta della documentazione SIMPLI / informativa precontrattuale . Monitoraggio del portafoglio clienti e dell'agenda assicurativa (scadenze, rinnovi, regolazioni). Emissione, applicazione e gestione delle variazioni di rischio e degli ingressi/uscite da polizza. Caricamento del budget e delle trattative commerciali all'interno del gestionale aziendale. Requisiti Diploma di scuola superiore. Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo presso broker assicurativi o compagnie. Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (pacchetto Office e gestionali assicurativi). Conoscenza medio–avanzata della gestione tecnico–assicurativa . Elevato senso di trasparenza ed etica professionale . Buone capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team . Spiccate capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità . La conoscenza della lingua inglese costituisce titolo preferenziale.
