Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead commercial activities across the United States and Canada within our Surface Treatment Division. As a key player in our Americas team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships in key market segments such as CASE, Technical Textiles, Packaging / Blister, and Paper / Barrier Coatings. Responsibilities Leading commercial development across the region in alignment with the Director of Surface Treatment and the Regional Manager. Main focus on resins (Polyurethane Dispersions and Acrylic Dispersions) and additives (mainly Rheology Modifiers, Dispersing Agents, Polymeric Matting Agents like PU Beads and PMMA Beads). Explore, identify and develop new market opportunities with the support of Product Managers & application support laboratories. Defining and executing pricing and go-to-market strategies.
