HR MANAGER

Diploma e/o Laurea magistrale in discipline umanistiche, psicologiche o economiche;
Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di HR Business Partner, HR Generalist o HR Manager, maturata all’interno di aziende strutturate e modernamente organizzate;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Ottima padronanza del PC e del pacchetto Microsoft Office; la conoscenza di SAP Hana sarà considerato un plus;
Persona riservata, autonoma, responsabile e fortemente motivata;
Domicilio in zone limitrofe alla sede aziendale.

Gestione dell’intero processo di selezione del personale;
Gestione del personale interno;
Gestione dei processi di onboarding e offboarding, della contrattualistica e delle comunicazioni previste dalla normativa vigente;
Gestione dei corsi di aggiornamento e formazione del personale, inclusa la pianificazione, l’organizzazione e il monitoraggio delle attività formative;
Supporto alla Direzione nella gestione di eventuali procedimenti disciplinari;
Promozione della cultura aziendale e del senso di appartenenza dei dipendenti;
Inserimento : immediato o da concordare.
