This exceptional location, nestled between olive groves and overlooking crystal-clear waters, embodies the Mediterranean lifestyle. We are seeking a Front Office Agent (m/f/d) to bring the essence of our A-ROSA experience to life in this stunning setting. You work in the early and late shift at reception (in exceptional cases also in the night shift). You ensure the best possible guest service within your department, taking into account special guests. You will familiarise new trainees and interns and be their first point of contact during the induction period. You actively support all processes at reception and take on general front office tasks You accept complaints and claims and are responsible for handling them confidentially. You are jointly responsible for compliance with credit guidelines. You inspire our guests with enthusiasm for the hotel's products and actively offer them. You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times Completed training as a hotel specialist and / or relevant professional experience A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues A high level of initiative and sales talent Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are also required (minimum B1) Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must Legal right to work in Italy Full time and permanent labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
