Descrizione azienda Openjobmetis S.p.A ., Divisione Permanent Placement , per il potenziamento dell’organico di importante Azienda nel settore Alimentare, ricerca Junior Maintenance Manager Posizione La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita all’interno dell’area tecnica e avrà la responsabilità di garantire il corretto funzionamento delle linee produttive e dei macchinari. Principali attività nello specifico: Garantire il buon funzionamento delle linee e degli impianti di produzione; Pianificare, coordinare e sovrintendere le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria; Aggiornare i piani di manutenzione in base alle esigenze operative; Collaborare con il reparto Produzione partecipando a progetti di miglioramento continuo (Lean Production); Operare nel rispetto delle procedure previste dal Sistema Qualità aziendale; Registrare gli interventi manutentivi sui sistemi informatici aziendali, aggiornare report, KPI e documentazione tecnica; Gestire il personale di reparto assicurando il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza generali e specifiche. Requisiti Laurea Ing. Meccanica e/o Elettronica; Lettura disegno tecnico; Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 - 3 anni in ambito manutenzione industriale; Conoscenza dei processi produttivi e dei macchinari industriali; Capacità di coordinamento e gestione del personale; Attenzione agli aspetti di qualità e sicurezza; Buone capacità organizzative e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
