Maintenance Shop Supervisor

Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future. **Partner with the best** The Maintenance Shop supervisor will responsible for maintenance activities on the working machine and shop fixture and adjustments and fine-tuning on machine and equipment. The Maintenance Shop supervisor will analyze the cause of malfunctions, failure mode and repetitive troubles on the working machine collaborating with the Maintenance manager, supervisors of the production line and Contractors. As Maintenance Shop supervisor, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring that equipment and tools are in good condition for use. Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action. - exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures. - Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department. - Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will have: - high school diploma / GED with relevant experience in Manufacturing - Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Equipment Maintenance - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - Ability to influence others and lead small teams - Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact - Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously **Desired Characteristics** - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university - Strong oral and written communication skills - Effective problem identification and solution skills.
