You will be responsible for maintenance activities on the working machines and shop fixtures. You will analyze the cause of malfunctions, failure modes and repetitive issues on the working machines.
As a Maintenance Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and verifying the work of external contractors.
- Analyzing and diagnosing cause of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive manufacturing problems and recommend and implement proper corrective actions.
- Liaising with engineering and production colleagues, dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
- Reading equipment manuals and understand technical drawings such as P&ID, hydraulic schematics, electrical wiring diagrams to quickly identify and find solutions for faults.
- Understanding PLCs and ISO language programs.
- Ensuring we have the correct spare parts for ongoing maintenance activities.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Be time served in Mechatronics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or have an equivalent high school / college diploma.
- Have proven experience in a similar role, ideally leading a small team.
- Be willing to work shifts - Day Shift, Evening Shift and Nightshift.
