Come Public Entities Manager lavorerai a stretto contatto con l'Head of Underwriting, le funzioni assuntive, Legal & Affairs, Corporate, Portfolio & Back Office nonché gli Intermediari in un ambiente collaborativo, dinamico, flessibile e orientato agli obiettivi di crescita del Gruppo.Aree di responsabilitàInserimento nel team Public Entities finalizzato a:dialogare con tutti gli stakeholder interni ed esterni, per promuovere rigore e imparzialità; coordinare la gestione dei task, per favorire uno sviluppo sostenibile del settore; supervisionare l'aggiornamento della documentazione, per garantirne l'aderenza alla compliance interna ed esterna; coordinare il team Public Entities.Skill ricercateCostituiscono titolo preferenziale pregresse esperienze nel ruolo, ovvero competenze di leadership, gestione e organizzazione nel coordinamento di persone e risorse; conoscenze giuridico – normative e finanziarie, per operare sia in conformità alla normativa di settore che per supportare il processo di finalizzazione delle offerte; solide capacitàcomunicative, per assumere decisioni strategiche e relazionarsi con stakeholder sia interni che esterni all'Organizzazione; autonomia gestionale, forte senso di responsabilità, attitudine alla gestione dei task, rigore e imparzialità costituiscono un prerequisito; proattività, flessibilità, problem solving e orientamento al risultato, per gestire l'evoluzione dell'attività sono propedeutiche allo sviluppo del portafoglio; propensione al lavoro in team distribuiti sul territorio nazionale.Titolo di studioLaurea in discipline giuridico - economiche.Il presente annuncio si rivolge a candidati di entrambi i sessi ai sensi della legge (L.903/77 e D.Lgs n. 98/2006, art 27).
