What You'll Do Design the Growth Playbook : Build and execute the full‐funnel growth roadmap — acquisition, activation, retention, expansion. Own Demand Generation : Scale paid channels (search, social, display), SEO, content, and partnerships to drive traffic conversions. Go Big on PLG : Partner with Product to craft self‐serve onboarding flows, viral referral loops, and in‐app upsell journeys. Get Analytical : Track CAC, LTV, MRR, funnels; run A/B tests; experiment relentlessly to find the levers that matter. Build & Lead the Team : Hire and mentor growth marketers, paid media experts, content pros, and partnership managers as we scale. What You Bring Growth or marketing leadership at a SaaS company, ideally with product‐led growth at scale. Proven track record driving demand gen PLG pipelines from mid‐market to enterprise. Hands‐on expertise in SEO, paid media, content, partnerships, and growth analytics. A love for data‐driven experiments and fast iteration.
