Overview Regional Account Manager (Engineering BU) role at Stevanato Group . This position aims to strengthen the growth of the Engineering Business Unit by achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, coordinating with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with commercial and distribution policies and guidelines. Key Responsibilities Support leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization. Build and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage. Analyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group’s value-added solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing. 5–8 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally in the machinery and equipment market. Proven track record of gaining and maintaining lasting customer relationships. Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Full proficiency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus. Type of contract and salary will be based on experience.
