As a Maintenance Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment of the assigned areas.
  • Lead all aspects of maintenance, repair and project planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled and accomplished, and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed.
  • Ensure the correct execution of maintenance tasks regarding quality, timeliness and HSE.
  • Plan and prioritize work orders, scheduling overall repair and maintenance to minimize production downtime.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve reliability and resolve acceptable risk tolerance for equipment.
  • Be responsible for the budget of its areas.
  • Engage the team responsible for the repairs and maintenance of equipment and machines.
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs and engage team members on continuous improvement.
  • Be responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions, and technical growth for the direct reports.

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in complex environments.
  • You are capable of working on several tasks simultaneously.
  • You have strong People Management skills.
  • You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant change.
  • You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously.
