About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment in assigned areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and execute periodic and preventive maintenance, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Plan and prioritize work orders to minimize production downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability and resolving acceptable risk tolerance.
  • Lead the repair and maintenance team, responsible for budget management and personnel decisions.
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs and engage team members in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in complex environments.
  • Strong people management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic context.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
