About the role

We are currently looking for a talented candidate in Finance Department as Sales Controller .

The candidate will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero, with the following responsibilities:

• Analysis and development of P&L by channel/customer using Customer Profitability Tool
• Monthly analysis of KPI trends, sharing data with the OOH Sales Manager and his staff
• Support in the specific initiative (for example development of new customer/sub channel, activation of new promotional materials, introduction of new packaging) and final monitoring of the progress
• Development of channel specific plans in collaboration with Marketing/Trade Marketing
• Definition of discounts channel and customer during Budget and Forecast
• Aid Revenue Management Team in ensuring fair trade treatment between channels on specific projects/products
• Ensure correct payment process of the commercial contract based on yearly performance

Who we are looking for

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or related
• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork skills are considered as mandatory for the role
• Open communication attitude, organizational integration, and network
• Flexibility, adaptability, and aptitude to teamwork

IT Skills

• MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and SAP, HFM/Essbase
• Knowledge of Customer Profitability Platform is considered as a plus

Languages

• High fluency in English (written and spoken)
