Boutique 4-star luxury hotel in the heart of historic RomeHotel Monte Cenci is looking for aFront Office Agent (Receptionist)to join our front desk team.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in delivering a warm, personalized experience in line with the high standards of our boutique luxury hospitality.As a Front Office Agent, your main duties will include:
Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
Previous experience in similar roles within luxury hotels or upscale hospitality settings
Excellent command ofEnglish(knowledge of a second language is a plus)
Strong computer literacy (email, Office suite, internet tools)
Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidaysWhat We Offer
